Yada Yada Yada..
Why be safer…

We won’t tell you that adult content creation is a risk -chances are you already know all of that, right?

Instead, here’s how to make your creation experience a little safer 😉

Intro

01

Protect your peace
Don’t disclose  location

WHY?

Small indicators can provide lots of info to someone trying to work out where you are

HOW?

  • Use nondescript locations! Ideally, only produce content indoors (without outside views)

  • If you do public stuff, make sure the scenery is anonymous

02

NEVER LET THEM KNOW
YOUR NEXT MOVE

WHY?

Stalkers be stalking, so don’t share general location (whether you’re home or travelling)

HOW?

  • Never share travel details (like airport or flight number) or even destination on any platform linked to your content creation orwhere you use the same name

  • If you don’t wanna disclose your country, avoid displaying flags, posters in your language or other national symbols.

  • Don’t show off brands which indicate  a specific country (unless you wanna mislead stalkers)

03

Protect that beautiful
image of yours

WHY?

Your facial and body features can be recognisable offline, if you don’t want that, these tips can be helpful

HOW?

  • Concealing distinctive traits like tattoos or birthmarks with concealer or clothes

  • Wearing your hair in a very different way from your in person life! If you normally wear wigs, try your natural hair; or use a distinct style / colour

  • Filters can  conceal your facial features and other identifiers in an easy way (without any effect on your real body)

04

Have boundaries
and STICK TO them, girly

WHY?

Setting clear boundaries with your subscribers  from the start is not being rude: it’s just putting safety first

HOW?

  • Clearly state on your profile what  things you are not prepared to be asked to do

  • Be clear on what actions  will lead to being blocked or reported

  • If you feel unsure or worried, trust your instincts

05

Protect professional

and personal life at all costs

WHY?

To keep things extra safe, a little more distance between work and personal life is a must!  It helps you keep  an objective mindset and maintain better control over your content

HOW?

  • Concealing your voice through filters or avoiding speaking in content can help you avoid being recognised in “real life”

  • Don’t go into details about other professional activities, preventing viewers from drawing links between different aspects of your life. This decreases  chances of being doxxed or located

  • Create a work persona with a false name, email and phone number offers another level of  separation

06

Avoiding weird

(aka dangerous) people

WHY?

Self explanatory but relevant if you are planning oncontact with someone beyond OnyFans

HOW?

  • First, do basic  background checks on the client (Google them) and check other social media platforms

  • Use  mutual support networks within the sex worker community! This can offer information on individuals + an experienced outside eye when  approaching challenging situations or people

  • Search for background and behaviour check tools. Digital spaces like  National Ugly Mug are a good alternative if you don’t have a personal network

07

Generally,

mind your digital safety

WHY?

The smaller the digital footprint, the bigger the benefit

HOW?

  • Use a separate Google account for your work related activities

  • VPNs are very beneficial for keeping your data private, especially when managing work-related accounts

  • Avoid using public wifi networks (this is a key way for hackers to access personal and sensitive information)
